Transforming Governing collects information about the Internet Protocol (IP) addresses of all our website visitors in order to see how our website is used and monitor site traffic so as to continuously improve and develop the design and content of our site. This information is not personally identifiable information – it is general and anonymous.

Save for any communication or material that you transmit to, or post on, any public area of the site (including any data, questions, comments, suggestions, or the like) which will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary information, all information you provide to Transforming Governing will only be used within GOvernor Ministries work in supporting school governors. Transforming Governing does not share any information you provide to us with any third party organisation.
 
If you register to ‘Join the Movement’ through the website, we will need to keep the information you provide including your name, email and postal address on our database. This ensures we can make contact with you. You may request that your details be removed from these lists at anytime by email to info@transforminggoverning.org.uk, though you will lose the right to access information only available for those with permission to Log In.
